1) How do I book holiday?

You must complete a holiday request form. You must give double the notice of the actual period of holiday you want, for example if you require 2 days off you must give 4 days prior notice. Download the form from the Find a Form page.

2) How do I change my personal details?

You must complete a change of details form. We also need to be informed of any bank account detail change, which can be completed on the same form. Please allow up to 5 working days for your bank account detail change. You can download this form from the Find a Form page.

3) What I.D do I need?

You must always bring the correct identification with you; this varies depending on your nationality. Please call your local branch for further advice.

4) How do I register?

First you must contact your local branch. They will organise an interview time for you to come in and register with us.

5) How quickly will I get a job?

The Recruitment consultants work very hard to find work for everyone as quickly as possible. Please note there will always be a period of administration after your initial registration for reference verification before placing in work.

Any one of the consultants in your local branch can help you with your enquiries.

7) What do I do if I can’t make my shift?

You must always call to inform the Branch that you are working for if you cannot make your shift. You must in all circumstances give as much notice as possible before your shift starts. Contact details for each Branch are shown on the panel to your left.

8) What do I do if I am ill?

You must inform the branch that you are working at least 1 hour before your shift starts. Contact details for each Branch are shown on the panel to your left
