At New Recruitment we endeavour to provide you with the best suited assignments. We do this by building good relationships between you, us and the company. It is therefore essential that there is commitment, trust, and honesty between you and your New Recruitment  consultant.

Registering with New Recruitment

Whether it is permanent or temporary work that you are looking for you will need to book an appointment to register with New Recruitment. To book an appointment please contact your local branch.Upon registering you will receive an induction pack, containing: Terms of Engagement; Change of Bank Details Form; Holiday Request Form ;Contact Details for New Recruitment and your Consultant Details.

Licenses/Identification/Permits
When you register with New Recruitment please bring along or supply the relevant driving/fork lift/licenses and provide 2 further form of identification, these must be either a Passport or Full Birth Certificate and proof of National Insurance number. If you need a permit to work in the UK, please make this available on registration to your consultant.

P45
Upon your first assignment you will need to supply us with your P45, you will have received this from your previous employer, this is important as it could effect your tax coding.

P46
In the event that you do not have a P45 we will supply you with a P46 to complete and sign.

P38 (Student)
If you are a student working during a holiday period you will be issued a P38 to Complete and sign. If you are a student working during term time you will be issued with a P46 to complete and sign.

Expectations
At New Recruitment we endeavour to give you and the companies 100% honesty and commitment. We expect our temporary workers/permanent candidates to give us the same in return. If for any reason you cannot attend an assignment/interview, please contact your consultant to let them know that you will not be attending, or of the current situation. This on its own shows honesty and commitment to upholding a good name for yourself and New Recruitment.

Absence and Sickness
If, for any reason you are unable to attend work due to illness, contact the office, if after or before working hours please call the 24 hour helpline.  Please do this immediately as a replacement may have to be arranged.

Time off/Holiday
When planning time off, please give your consultant notice well in advance so cover can be arranged, or so we can ascertain when you will not be available for work. Remember we can then check for you, in advance, to see if you are entitled to and accrued holiday pay.

Dress Code/Time Keeping
When working for New Recruitment it is imperative that you maintain a high level of personal appearance at all times whilst on your assignments. Your consultant will advise you on the dress code for each assignment you attend, along with any safety requirements. Your consultant will inform you of the hours of work prior to your start date, and if required directions to your assignment and you point of contact.

Complaints Procedure
If at anytime you have a complaint about an assignment or dispute about work or pay, you can speak freely to your consultant, they should be able to rectify or resolve the situation, if for any reason this is not possible, the Branch Manager shall become involved.
